Parents of the new quadruplets have taken to Facebook to share their joy over the birth of their new miracle babies. The couple, James and Grace Slattery, have been trying to conceive for the past 10 years and miraculously the quadruplets were conceived naturally without the use of IVF.

The overjoyed couple welcomed to the world three daughters and a son at 32 weeks. The husband revealed that it has been tough for his wife Grace, as she had suffered multiple miscarriages and had to be in hospital for 11 weeks during the pregnancy for the quadruplets. “I got a phone call at half 12 from my wife in the Rotunda to say that her waters were after breaking and to be on standby, get ready to go,” he said.“Grace told me, ‘You’re not going to make it here on time. You need to get on to the Gardas and see if you can get an escort up’. I thought she was away with the birds, I didn't think it would happen at all.”

Thanks to a local at Garda, and got him there in time for the birth. We are elated for this couple and wish them lots of love and luck. Also, welcome to the world; Amelia, Lily Grace, Molly and Lucas!
