The Bachelor alum Jade Roper-Tolbert must be having a good week because she hasn’t received any backlash from fans about her latest Instagram post. She, her husband Tanner, and their two children Emmy, 2 and Brookes, 8 months, dressed up as Exotic Joe, Carole Baskin, and two tigers from the newest Netflix sensation Tiger King. By the looks of their pictures, their costumes were pretty much purr-fect.

In the pictures, Tanner is dressed as Exotic Joe with a metallic paisley patterned button-up shirt with long blonde hair flowing down out of a beige hat to look like a mullet. Jade portrays Carole Baskin in a pink and brown leopard print shirt with flowers. She too is wearing a wavy blonde wig and of course a flower crown. Emmy and Brooks are wearing adorable tiger costumes and are crawling in all fours in the grass. Jade captioned the picture with Carole Baskin’s signature line, “Hey all you cool cats and kittens” and a tiger emoji. Many of their fans have commented that they did such a good job at dressing up and it will inspire more to do the same when Halloween comes around.

With everyone spending more time at home due to the Coronavirus outbreak, it was a great opportunity for Netflix to introduce a bizarre docu-series about a convicted big cat breeder and the people involved in his life. Viewers are looking for something to take their minds off of the Coronavirus and being quarantined. And even though Netflix had already planned on releasing Tiger King in March before even knowing about the virus, it has become the show we didn’t know we needed.

Jade and her family have been staying at home to help slow the spread of the Coronavirus. She continues to be an influencer for several clothing companies and Nutrisystem. But the Tolberts have also helped support the Boys and Girls Club by running an online fundraiser. According to her Instagram post, Jade wrote that they “raised $11,203” and that she and Tanner would be “matching $10,000 of that” to help the organizations continue to feed children who were dependent on school lunches for meals.
