Jamie Chung captured the moment her newborn babies met their grandparents for the first time this weekend. This comes after the actress surprised followers just a few weeks ago by announcing that she and her husband, Bryan Greenberg had welcomed twins.

On Saturday, according to People, the Dexter actress caught the early moments after her parents met the newborn twins and there was nothing but smiles as the new grandparents interacted with the babies.

The photos showed the sweet babies fast asleep on a large, textured blue pillow, with a blanket on the top of both of them. A very proud-looking grandma sat near the sleeping infants and the little one's grandpa stood above the duo, seemingly sharing a funny joke with the pair.

"It’s been really sweet to have both sets of grandparents meet the babies this week," Chung captioned the photo, indicating that not only her parents but Greenberg's parents have now had their first moments with their grandbabies uninterrupted.

Saturday was also the day that the twins' gender was seemingly revealed, according to Us Weekly. This was done when Greenberg posted a picture of two miniature pairs of Timberland boots, and captioned the photo, "My boys will be ready for NYC."

Greenberg and Chung separately revealed that they were the proud parents to twins via Instagram on October 24 and October 26, respectively.

The One Tree Hill alum shared a video in which he was participating in skin-to-skin time with the newborns, captioning the video, "We got double the trouble now @jamiejchung."

For her part, the Lovecraft Country star shared a photo in which she was snuggling one of her sons, with a simple caption reading, "x 2."

The two actors, who just celebrated their sixth wedding anniversary, began dating in 2012. They were married in 2015 at a three-day event in Santa Barbara, according to Martha Stewart Weddings in which the festivities started with a Halloween-themed cocktail party on day one and ended with a beautiful outdoor wedding at El Capitan Canyon.

While the news of the pregnancy may have been surprising to some of Chung and Greenberg's followers, the California native was open about her infertility struggles. So much so that she shared via Instagram in 2019 that she was receiving lessons from her doctor as to how to "inject [herself] with growth hormones" so that she could freeze her eggs, according to People. Not only did this result in "buying time" for the former reality star but it also got Chung one step closer to starting a family, something that both she and Greenberg wanted.

Now, just a short two years later, not only are the new parents celebrating another year around the sun together as a couple, but they have also started a new chapter with their journey into parenthood. Both of which are fantastic ways to ring in the beginning of the holiday season!
