Jenelle Evans has been in the headlines constantly these past few weeks. After her husband David Eason allegedly shot and killed the family dog, the reality star lost custody of her two youngest children and lost all rights to visitation with her eldest son. But now the celebrity is in the news once again after hinting that she might be pregnant.
Despite the star’s custody battle, she’s still been very active on Instagram. On June 19th, she posted a photo of herself with the caption “Baby Bump Revealed! #LinkInBio.” Fans immediately went into a frenzy believing that Evans was revealing her fourth pregnancy.

#Family 💓 After this stressful reunion, I’ve been put through the ringer. To trust an entire group of people for years then they turn their back on you and treat you like a puppet is beyond words. Family is everything I need to make it through my hard times and I am truly #blessed for what I have today. Didn’t take many pictures but super happy my mom was there by my side to defend everything. Please don’t ever let anyone bring you down and be strong in whatever you do. #TeenMom2 #ReunionSpecial
However, those who clicked on the link in her profile quickly realized the star was only click baiting her fans in order to get them to visit the page. The link took her followers to an article that was discussing other famous women’s baby bumps, without any mention of Evans. Despite Evans deactivating comments on the post- something she’s been doing on all her posts since the custody drama began- many fans still called her out online for the suggestive post, leaving her a slew of angry Twitter and Facebook comments.
Most of the Teen Mom 2 stars advertise clickbait articles on their profiles and often exaggerate what the stories are about in order to get their followers to click on them. Granted, they reportedly get paid a nice sum for posting the articles. But many of them have received backlash for the dishonest and annoying posts, with Evans only being the most recent to come under fire.
But given what’s all going on in Evans’ personal life, we bet more online drama was the last thing she needed, which may be why she has since deleted the controversial post. Evans and Eason are currently trying to win back custody of their 2-year old daughter Ensley, who is currently staying with her maternal grandmother. They’re also fighting for custody of Evans’ youngest son, Kaiser, and Eason’s eldest daughter, Maryssa, who are both staying with other family members.
Evans also has an older son, Jace, who has been in the full-time custody of her mother, Barbara Evans, for years. At the moment, it’s reported that Barbara has stopped all visitations between Jace and his mother. Eason also has a son, Kayden, who he’s not been allowed to visit for almost a year following a domestic dispute with the boy’s mother.
A judge originally told Evans that she could have custody back of her two youngest children provided either she or her husband move out of the home since he’s the one under investigation. But Evans’ reluctance to leave her controversial husband is reportedly the reason neither Kaiser nor Ensley have bene returned to her care.
