Jessica Alba shares that her body has changed after having three kids and she is okay with that.

Pregnancy is so hard on your body and with each pregnancy, your body is harder to get back to the pre-pregnancy bod you once had. Although we often look at celebrities and think that they are magically bouncing back much better than the rest of us that is just not true. We hear a lot of times where celebrities are very candid about how hard it is to get their bodies back after their pregnancies and how much it differs from their first pregnancy. Jessica Alba shares that her children have exploded her body and she is okay with it.

When Alba started in the industry she said that she cared way too much about what other people thought of her. She would try to change who she was because she thought that's what other people wanted of her. She admits that she thought she had to be somebody she wasn't just to feel accepted and she let other people define her. Now, that has all changed since she has become a mother and she loves it. She has three children with her husband Cash Warren. Her kids include Honor, 11, Haven, 7, and Hayes, 1. In her interview, she states "Who am I now?" Alba asked. "I give zero (expletive)."

Alba shares that after she became married and she had her two daughters she finally started embracing womanhood for the first time. She shared that in her most recent InStyle cover that she shot was only when her son Hayes was 7 months old. Before her babies, she would have been obsessed with dieting and exercising to look "hot and sexy" for the shoot, but she just didn't. She thought "This is where I’m at. This is my life. And this is my body." And she totally worked that cover with all the confidence in the world. She understood her body brought three lives into this world and she is proud of that.

When Alba was only 17 years old her management team would tell her not to wear certain things because of how "voluptuous" her booty was. So she let other people dictate what she wore and when she wore things. She even admits going through a phase where she stopped eating and started dressing like a boy because she was made to feel guilty for enticing men. It was a hard time for her. She then shares "It’s OK to be sexy. It’s OK to wear a short skirt or a loud print if I feel like it because I own it in my own way," she continued. "I can flaunt what I want, cover what I want, and still feel good."
