Is Jill Duggar Dillard pregnant with baby number three?
That’s what Duggar’s fans are saying after a recent post to her Instagram account which seemed to feature a noticeable baby bump.
The former Jill and Jessa: Counting On star posted a picture of herself and baby Samuel last week where Jill held her son on her chest, but beneath him there seemed to be a certain swell. It didn’t take long for eagle-eyed fans to note that something seemed amiss with Mrs. Dillard.
“Jill looks very pregnant ?????????,” wrote one Instagram user, while another asked, “Is Jill expecting?”
“She has such a tiny frame…” commented another user, before adding ‘“do I see a baby bump?”
It must be said there’s definitely something going on here, and not just because of one Instagram photo.

Another photo, this time posted to hubby Derick’s Instagram, seems to offer some confirmation. Once again we see baby Samuel being doted on by his loving parents, but behind Derick’s head on the bedroom dresser seems to be a bottle of prenatal vitamins.

However, we might be jumping to conclusions. One Instagram user notes that while they are marketed for pregnant women, they can also be taken after the pregnancy while nursing. "I take prenatals while nursing,” the Instagram user replies. “Also if you read the bottle it says to take before, during, and after pregnancy."
There’s been no official confirmation, but from the way these photos are going, we’re sure to get a smoking gun soon.
Meanwhile, neither Jill nor Derick will appear again on TLC’s Counting On after Derick attacked another TLC reality star on Twitter. TLC fired Derick after he made several harassing tweets to Jazz Jennings, a trans teen and star of the reality show I Am Jazz, which chronicles her life growing up trans.
TLC released an official statement on the controversy, announcing that "Derick Dillard has not participated in Counting On for months," and "TLC is proud to share the story of Jazz Jennings and her family and will continue to do so."
