Joanna Krupa is one celebrity mother who is growing and glowing!
The Real Housewives of Miami alum is currently expecting her first child with her husband Douglas Nunes and just posed for a very revealing photo shoot featuring nothing more than a little bikini and (of course) her baby bump.
Joanna Krupa, who first became a household name thanks to her Playboy modelling days, is nearing the home stretch of her pregnancy. Just like so many other celebrities and reality television stars out there, she has been documenting her pregnancy journey on social media for her fans. And now she has posed for a one-of-a-kind photo shoot for People Magazine.
Speaking to the publication, the 40-year-old mother-to-be says that she has always admired women that were pregnant, and to her, it always seemed like such a beautiful moment in a woman’s life. Now that she’s pregnant herself, she wanted to make sure that she got to capture this moment.
In some of the photos, the blonde beauty can be seen cradling her baby bump while on the beach with the sunset behind her. A lot of her fans on social media have commented on how breathtaking the photos came out to be. “I saw some inspirational maternity photos online and really fell in love [with] and [was] inspired by the sunset moments,” the model said. “I love all the photos, but my favorite are the sunset ones.”
Joanna Krupa went on to say that women are like superheroes and that she appreciates the fact that females are built to create “little human beings.” Calling it an "amazing" experience, she further added, “I want to embrace that and show that a pregnant woman can still be beautiful, sexy and full of confidence while creating this miracle.”
Now, as far as how her pregnancy is going, Krupa did say that she’s been feeling more tired than usual, which oftentimes comes with the territory. She added that luckily she hasn’t experienced any horrible morning sickness, and that for the most part, her pregnancy has been smooth sailing. Krupa is due on November 4th.
As far as a name for her future baby, Krupa says that she and her husband are still thinking about some possibilities. She added, “I love Sophie Grace but my husband isn’t sold on it, so we are still trying to figure it out. My husband is Irish and Portuguese and I’m Polish, so we are trying to find a double name that covers all.”
