The beautiful actress, Kate Hudson, certainly knows what it's like to hit the gym postpartum. The thirty-nine-year-old actress just recently shared a smiling selfie on her Instagram, showing off her post-baby figure. Hudson just recently welcomed her third baby to the family, her lovely daughter named Rani Rose. While posing with a candid duckface, Kate snapped a selfie featuring herself during a workout session. Hudson also featured her two friends, singer Jesse Jo Stark and celebrity trainer Nicole Stuart. Kate Hudson has also recently been named an official ambassador for WW, formerly known as Weight Watchers.

In an interview with People, Kate said, “It came at a perfect time for me because at this point, after having three babies, it’s like sense memory. You want to start getting back into shape and to get strong again and focus on your own personal health. It’s hard when you have babies. Everyone comes before you, and you have to find that time to just focus in on yourself.”

Since joining the team, Kate has loved the benefits from working with WW. According to the actress, she doesn't have to make too many radical changes. Instead, the program has helped her focus on what's important, taking care of her nutrition, and also to keep herself accountable by tracking her diet more carefully.

This is about understanding your wellness. It’s about understanding your fitness activity, understanding your food, understanding the things that you love. It’s about how to balance.”

Looking forward, Hudson has a goal of losing twenty-five pounds, and she is excited to start filming a brand new movie next season. When Hudson gave birth to her first child, Ryder, she noticed that she gained a substantial amount of weight. During her second pregnancy, she tried to be more active, and now that she has given birth to her third child, she wants to make some big lifestyle changes. Kate Hudson certainly loves staying active, and she is optimistic about being physically fit.
