The Dutchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, may not have attended Meghan Markle's baby shower in New York City, but sources are saying there may be another.
According to US Weekly, Middleton plans on throwing another shower, but this time, it will be in the UK.
“There is still going to be some sort of private baby-centric event for Meghan’s U.K. people, and Kate will host,” says the source. “Her glam people and other relatives will be there. Not sure if it’s a total baby ‘shower,’ but you could probably call it that.”

The details of the event are yet to be known, but we can assume it will be pretty classy —especially if Middleton is in charge of the planning.
Still, Markle getting two showers is interesting as, according to Honey, it's not common for a Royal to have even one before the baby is born. The reasoning is twofold. The first is that Brits don't throw parties before a birth. The second is that the Royals need to be more aware of their privileges compared to commoners. Yet, this will be Markle's second shower, but as a Royal known for breaking tradition—she walked herself down the aisle at her wedding, after all—so, we shouldn't be surprised.
TThe Dutchess of Sussex's first event was a pretty high-end event on its own. however. Held at the Mark Hotel, the event featured a live harp player, Erin Hill, and guests put together flower arrangements that were donated to cancer patients. Guests even got some tastey party favors as Markle's make-up artist and friend shared a photo from the shower on Instagram revealing cookies everyone received shaped like a stork, a rattle, and a bonnet. Interestingly enough, the mother-to-be didn't open her gifts in front of guests, opting to wait until she was with her husband Pince Harry to do so.
In the meantime, Markle has been getting some baby advice from Middleton. We don't know what tips were shared, but we won't have to wait long to see her parenting-skills in action as the new baby is expected sometime at the end of April or the beginning of May.
