It’s difficult to believe that Kim Kardashian, mother of three remarkable kids could be ‘unprepared’ for baby number four’s upcoming entrance into her world - but she is owning it. In essence, Kim will be entering a different realm of motherhood, a different version of what she is living and breathing now.

Her candid jitters are analogous to what she experienced with her other children. People shares, “She thinks it’s difficult to prepare mentally for a new baby,” an insider says, explaining of the reality star’s 14-month-old youngest child, “She felt the same about Chicago but the second she arrived, everything worked out great. Chicago fit in right away. It was like she had been a part of the family forever.” Nevertheless, the superstar couple is genuinely excited about baby number four, the insider also reveals.

Feeling apprehensive about having another baby is perfectly normal, as motherhood is indicative of spontaneous learning. Feeling ‘unprepared’ does not define her as incapable. Kim is blessed to have a large network of support to offer both encouragement and assistance to help her transition to a party of six.

The youngest generation of Kardashian cousins are all very close in age, which the family adores. Chicago, Kylie Jenner's daughter Stormi Webster and Khloe's daughter True Thompson are all around the same age and have sweetly been dubbed "the triplets". Baby number three - Chicago West arrived via surrogate in January of 2018 and are expecting their fourth child via an alternate surrogate in May. Kim had one male embryo remaining and is grateful for having a found another selfless person to be her gestational carrier, as advised by her physician.

Kim has expressed on her show, Keeping Up with The Kardashians that her pregnancies have been ‘different processes’. Consequently, in terms of rearing children - no one experience will ever be identical. Each baby will bring so many firsts, some more welcomed than the others. Some celebrated, some faced with defiance. However, one thing is absolutely assured, one could never be entirely ready.
