Fashion mogul Kylie Jenner’s 20-month-old daughter is already a star on social media with her cute photos. This time, Kylie posted an adorable video on Instagram of the toddler hitting the basketball court!
The clip shows Stormi bundled up in a white hoodie and a black jacket, which is too big for her, carrying a basketball across an outdoor court. Once she approaches the hoop, she stops and jumps like a pro, trying to toss the ball in. But the ball scarcely clears her own head. However, nothing deterred the toddler's determination of basketing the ball, and she quickly chased after it to make another attempt.
Proud mama Kylie captioned the video of her daughter, “Reach for the stars baby 😩😩😍😂.” The comments, obviously, were full of people gushing over how tremendously cute Stormi is. The sweet practice session caught the attention of Kylie's celebrity friends and family members, including aunt Kendall Jenner. Ocean’s 8 actor Kendall Jenner commented, “Kylie, this just made my heart smile.”
"I wanna put her in my pocket," wrote Hailey Bieber, while Corey Gamble added, "The jump step in the paint..... I'm proud of just that... she is the best! [sic]" Jen Atkin also added that she’s “watching this every day.”
Before flaunting her daughter’s basketball practice video, 22-year Kylie had shared another attention-grabbing photo of hers dressed to impress in a recreated mini version of her own custom Versace Met Gala 2019 dress. She captioned it, “My baby!!!!!!!! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜 i cant handle this!!!!
Designer Alejandro Peraza said to PEOPLE that Kylie dressed Stormi in the particular Halloween costume as she thought “it would be adorably iconic” to dress her daughter as “a mini version of herself in such an epic look that garnered so much attention at the Met Ball.”
The costume required tremendous efforts as Peraza explained, "It took sixteen hours straight to do the beading on the super-small baby size and three full fourteen-hour days to apply the feathers by hand. And a whole day to design and add crystals to the baby clutch. Some of the feathers were shipped to me, others we hand-dyed as well to make a perfect feathered confection.”
However, the post shared on Instagram and Twitter received some negative comments, too! One user voiced the costume as "narcissistic," and some others wrote the tot might have been happier to be dressed as a beloved cartoon character, like Peppa Pig or Paw Patrol.
Rumours of Kylie and her boyfriend Travis’s split have been there for quite some time, and in early October, the Keeping Up With The Kardashian star confirmed they had split via Twitter. The duo has been doing an excellent job of co-parenting little Stormi and providing her with multiple career options.
