Kylie’s Second Child: 8 Things We Know (So Far) And 12 Questions We Want Answered

The 21-year-old has had a whirlwind celebrity life that began at a young age, so she is no stranger to the attention. “Jenner grew up in the spotlight among her famous siblings in the reality series, Keeping Up With The Kardashians. She’s harnessed her family's fame to launch her own business ventures including a successful cosmetics line, Kylie Cosmetics, and earned millions from sales of her signature Kylie Lip Kit. Additionally, she’s amassed a mega social media following and in 2015 was named one of Time magazine’s Most Influential Teens,” shares Biography.com.

Kylie and her beau Travis Scott welcomed a baby girl, Stormi Webster, on February 1st of this year and the secret pregnancy and birth announcement took social media by storm. Surprising fans yet again, earlier this month Kylie took to her Snapchat account and revealed to fans that she was already thinking of baby number two but admitted she wasn’t quite ready. Shortly after, US Magazine reported that she and boyfriend Travis Scott are actually trying for their second.

Though a lot of speculation remains around the possible second pregnancy, there are a few things we know for sure, but also there are still a few questions we want answered.

20 She Definitely Wants At Least One More Kid

Kylie took to a fan Q & A on Snapchat to answer the question that yes, she indeed wants at least one more child. “When quizzed by a fan about whether she's going to have another baby, Kylie responded, 'Am I going to have another baby? I want another baby, but when is the question,'” writes CapitalFM.com. So we can say for sure that a second child is definitely in the cards for Kylie. The big question at hand of course, is when exactly said second child may happen. She even started discussing baby names, but more on that below.

19 Will Travis Scott Be The Father Of Her Second Child?

It’s safe to assume Travis Scott will be the father of her second child but the Kardashian Jenner clan are always full of surprises so who knows what could happen? “Travis Scott hasn't spoken out yet about whether he'd like to have a second child, with the couple's daughter Stormi still only eight months old, but from the sounds of it Kylie would love for Stormi to have a baby sister some time soon,” shares CapitalFM.com. Kylie and Travis obviously had no trouble conceiving the first time so the second time around shouldn’t prove to be very problematic for the power couple.

18 She’s Not Ready Quite Yet

Though US Weekly has reported the couple is actively trying, nobody except Kylie could actually answer that question one hundred percent accurately. When Kylie took to her Snapchat Q & A earlier this month, she admitted she was not quite ready yet. “'I want another baby, but when is the question, and I’m definitely not ready right this second, and I don't know when I will be. But yeah, when I do, I'd love to share more that with you guys,' she said of her future second pregnancy. But Jenner may be a little more ready than she’s letting on in reality. Us Weekly is reporting that she and her boyfriend Travis Scott are trying to get pregnant right now,” reports Elle.com.

As we see above, Kylie promises to share details of her pregnancy with fans if and when it happens. This is actually surprising for fans due to the fact that Jenner hid her first pregnancy until she gave birth. “After months of speculation, rumors and tabloid headlines about a possible pregnancy, Kylie Jenner announced Sunday that she had given birth to a baby girl just three days before.

“I’m sorry for keeping you in the dark through all the assumptions. I understand you’re used to me bringing you along on all my journeys,” Jenner, 20, tweeted. “My pregnancy was one I chose not to do in front of the world. I knew for myself I needed to prepare for this role of a lifetime in the most positive, stress free, and healthy way I knew how.” She followed the announcement with the release of a video, “To Our Daughter,” reported TheWashingtonPost.com back in February of this year.

16 She Is Hoping For A Girl

When it comes to baby number two for Kylie, there is another thing we know for certain, and that is that she would love to have another girl! “On her Snapchat this weekend, Jenner confirmed she’s already thinking of baby names and has a clear gender preference. 'I definitely want another girl hopefully and I want her to have another feminine name, that’s all I know,' she said,” reports Elle.com. She has a 50/50 chance so only time will tell if her dream of another girl comes true. Though, since her first born was a girl, statistically, her chances of having a boy are a little higher. “If you have one girl, the odds of having a boy next are 54.5%,” suggests GenderDreaming.com.

15 She Wants A Big Family, So The News Isn’t Too Surprising

Kylie has stated before that she would like a big family, so the news isn’t too surprising.”'When I look to the far future and decide to have kids, I need to have a million girls,' the E! reality star, who has five siblings of her own, told Teen Vogue in 2015.. 'Ten years from now -- in 2025 -- I hope I have a kid,'" reported EOnline.com. Well it’s not yet 2025 but she has already welcomed her first daughter. Time will tell how many little ones Kylie ends up with, but I think it’s pretty safe to day that a million is out of the question.

14 She Prefers Very Feminine Girls Names

As mentioned earlier, we can say for certain that Kylie definitely prefers feminine girls names. “Jenner is already musing about potential names for another baby girl. She told Woods, “I haven’t found anything I love love, but I definitely want another girl, hopefully. And I want her to have a feminine name,” shares SheKnows.com on the Snapchat video Kylie posted. It’s a pretty broad suggestion of names but at least fans who like to speculate can rule out any gender neutral baby names. Will she opt for something with two syllables like Stormi? Or change it up with something totally different?

13 She And Travis Seem To Be In A Great Place In Their Relationship

Kyle and Travis Scott seem to be in a really awesome place in their relationship. Many sources have reported that parenthood has made the couple happier and closer than ever. Additionally, engagement and marriage rumours have been swirling, but of course nothing has been confirmed. “The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star sent fans into a frenzy when she referred to Scott as her 'hubby' on social media over the weekend — but according to a source, it’s just an affectionate nickname. 'Kylie is very happy with Travis, but they aren’t married,' says the source. 'There has been some talk about marriage, but it doesn’t seem they are planning a wedding.' According to the source, Jenner, 21, and Scott, 26, who have been dating since connecting at Coachella in April 2017, have their hands full with their 8-month-old daughter Stormi,” reported People.com.

12 If Her Pregnancy Is Anything Like Her First It Should Go Pretty Smooth

Kylie’s pregnancy with Stormi went pretty smoothly for her, so if her second pregnancy ends up like her first then she is in luck. However, many moms report that their second pregnancies do differ from their first pregnancies in several different ways. Among getting a bigger belly, and faster, some moms even say they can feel the baby move around sooner than they could with their first baby. Tommys.org also suggest the following in regards to a mom’s second pregnancy, “You may have morning sickness for the second even if you didn’t have it for the first. If you had morning sickness for the first one you dare more likely to have it again for the second...You may have more Braxton Hicks. You are likely to feel more tired. With Stormi being 8 months old, it does leave the question of how long a doctor recommends waiting before trying to conceive another baby. “For most women, it’s best to wait at least 18 months between giving birth and getting pregnant again. This means your baby will be at least 1½ years old before you get pregnant with another baby. This much time gives your body time to fully recover from your last pregnancy before it’s ready for your next pregnancy,” suggests MarchOfDimes.org. Many moms start trying to conceive after their first child turns one and continue to have a successful pregnancy. Of course, it’s always wise to follow the advice of your own Doctor.

10 Can Kylie Balance Being A Mom To Two Under Two, And Her Career?

Could Kylie balance two very small littles and her business? It’s hard to speculate, but the Kardashian clan have proved themselves to be powerhouses when it comes to both their personal lives and businesses, so chances are that, Kylie could indeed handle both. “Not only is Jenner set to soon be a billionaire, and not only is she the youngest person on Forbes' list of the 60 richest self-made women in America, but she's doing it as a mom. That, she says, gives her even more drive. 'Maybe one day [I'll] pass this on to Stormi, if she's into it,' says the Kylie Cosmetics CEO. Stormi is only eight months old at this point, so she won’t really be able to know what’s going on. If Kylie gets pregnant anytime in the near future Stormi would not even be two before becoming a big sister. 8 Will Any Of Her Sisters Try To Get Pregnant At The Same Time?

It’s no secret that Kim and Kanye have thought about adding baby number four, so maybe Kim and Kylie wanted to try and have little ones right around the same time. Kourtney Kardashian's youngest (of three) is three-years-old, and she and longtime partner Scott Disick do not seem to be in a rush to add another addition to their clan. In August they sparked rumours of an engagement when they visited a jewelry store together.

As we just outlined above, it seems pretty safe to assume the couple could handle another addition to their family. Especially considering how close Stormi seemed to bring them. “Since Stormi's arrival, the musician has proven to be a devoted dad ('He helps a lot at night,' says the insider) and boyfriend, spoiling Kylie with gifts and baby-free nights on the town. 'Things really came full circle once Stormi was born,' says the insider, 'and they now have an unbreakable bond,'” writes EOnline.com. Adding another baby is always a bit stressful in the beginning but it shouldn't be anything the pair can’t handle, especially given all the family support they receive.

4 Is Travis Hoping For A Boy Or Girl?

A question we definitely want answered, is Travis hoping for a boy or girl? The way he seems smitten with his daughter Stormi leads me to think he might be on board with Kylie in hoping for a girl. But a lot of Dad’s really want a son, so who really knows? It is up to Travis though, whether they conceive a boy or girl, so if the power of positive thinking influences anything he may have one up here. “What we can say is that dad's [stuff] determines whether a baby will be a boy or a girl. About half of his sperm will make a boy and half a girl. The [gender] of the baby depends on which [swimmer] gets to the egg first,” shares Genetics.TheTech.org.

3 Has Anybody In The Family Confirmed The News?

2 Do They Have Any Specific Names In Mind?

Every couple loves to speculate on possible baby names, so there’s no doubt the topic has come up with Kyle and Travis. As I wrote earlier, Kylie definitely prefers more feminine baby names. Travis takes the credit for coming up with the name Stormi and the couple chose to give her no middle name. It’s probably a safe bet that any future Webster kids would also only be given one name. Will they stick with the weather theme or change it up? Stick with a two syllable first name or change that too? Misti or Winter are both pretty cute and unique names that would pair well with Stormi.

After the stick turns pink, a lot of women pick up the phone right away. The person on other end of the line though, differs from mom to mom.
