Vanderpump Rules star Lala Kent is pregnant and not happy... with her pregnancy hormones, that is! In fact, the 30-year-old reality star had a feisty word or two to say to her hormones on a recent Instagram story due to her skin breaking out.
But then, who can blame her? With all of the lovely, wonderful, amazing, and truly unforgettable things that pregnancy can bring, pregnancy hormones are nobody's pal.
Kent captioned her recent Instagram story saying, "I’m not sure why I’m posting this. Since getting pregnant, A LOT of things are changing including my skin deciding to have a meltdown at the age of 30. F–K YOU HORMONES. (Seth Rogen voice)."
The expectant mother wrapped up the post by stating that she would normally feel self-conscious about having her skin break out with acne and would even wait for it to clear up before leaving the house. She even admitted to "using my awesome editing apps to fake y'all out" but the mama-to-be said that she felt like showing her followers "real life."
In September, Kent and her fiancé, producer Randall Emmett, 49, found out that they were expecting a baby girl while they waited anxiously in an open field with close family and friends as a parachuter (wearing pink) flew down from the sky revealing a pink parachute. "We are having a baby girl!" Kent captioned the gender reveal video on Instagram.
Kent told Us Weekly that she is ready to be a mom and feels like she is already "really good with girls" referring to Emmett's two daughters, London and Rylee, whom he shares with ex-wife Ambyr Childers.
Kent and Emmett, engaged since 2018, had to postpone their April wedding plans due to COVID-19. Kent has been vocal about being obviously disappointed about having to postpone their planned nuptials but even though she and Emmett are focusing on preparing for the arrival of their "mini Lala", they don't have any plans of slowing down the wedding show! The preparations are on - full steam ahead!
