It was exactly two months ago today when former reality TV star turned fashion designer and best-selling author Lauren Conrad, 33, expanded her young family. She and husband William Tell, 39- who are already parents to two-year-old Liam- welcomed their second son, Charlie Wolf Tell, back on October 9th, 2019.

For some families, a second child makes things incredibly chaotic and busy. This can be seen as a good thing or a bad thing- or perhaps both, depending on your current situation. But in Conrad's case, she says she's found motherhood to be easier now that she's raising two children.

"[It’s easier]. You know what you’re in for. You’re not as stressed. You can enjoy it a little bit more. You also know that it gets easier, so there’s sort of this light at the end of the tunnel whereas with the first you’ve never done it before and you have no idea," Conrad explained in a recent interview.

Despite this newfound joy, Conrad was quick to admit that she and Tell are still in what she refers to as "triage" mode.

"We’re just in survival mode, but it’s so much fun. It’s nice we’re able to slow down a little bit around the holidays and really enjoy our youngest while he’s so little. He’s such a good baby!" she exclaimed.

Speaking of the holidays, Conrad recently shared a lovely photo on her Instagram of the Tell family wearing matching Christmas pyjamas in bed. It was an adorable shot that perfectly captured the holiday spirit. But raising two children brings about some unique challenges- including trying to successfully corral a toddler and an infant for a photo. Any parent would agree that that's a task in and of itself.

"It takes like 3,000 shots to get one [usable one]. Adding a baby into the mix was interesting, and our older son did not want to take photos that day so that was really fun, but we got one!" she said.

Conrad and Tell may be exhausted and even a bit frazzled from raising two sons now, but that's okay. They clearly love their children and are doing their absolute best to raise them well. We think they'll eventually get the hang of it in no time!
