Former The Hills star turned fashion designer Lauren Conrad, 34, is dealing with a situation that many are currently facing. That situation is having to practice social distancing with her family during the coronavirus pandemic. She and husband William Tell, 40, are parents to two-year-old Liam James and seven-month-old Charlie Wolf.

Many parents can relate to having to quarantine with their spouse and young kids. In a recent interview with PEOPLE, Conrad described how she's partaking in social distancing with her family. From the sounds of it, it's relatively similar to what other families are doing.

"We're in survival mode," Conrad explained. "Our kids need a lot of attention. We're living in a world of LEGOs and train sets! It's been a real balancing act."

Taking personal time right now isn't easy for Conrad. She explained that the personal time she used to have now goes to cooking and cleaning for her family. She now waits until her sons have drifted off to sleep for the night before taking a bath and drinking some wine. Fortunately, Tell is a helpful husband who's more than happy to help out with the parenting responsibilities.

Despite how things have been, it hasn't stopped Conrad from working hard during this time. As a matter of fact, she's set to launch her first-ever kids' clothing line, Little Co. by Lauren Conrad. It's set to be released exclusively through Kohl's on Thursday, May 21st, 2020. The clothes will be available in sizes ranging from newborn to 5T. That means it'll be perfect for both babies and toddlers alike!

"I look at kids' clothes a lot differently now that I've shopped for them. I wanted [the line] to be really easy — mix-and-match pieces and complementary colors. And I'm a big fan of gender neutral colors. Kids grow out of their clothes so quickly!" she said.

When talking about how parenting during this pandemic, Conrad said, "I am really trying to look at [the current situation] in a positive way, and remember that my kids are only going to be this small for so long. And I'm getting a chance to enjoy them in a way I maybe wouldn't have before."
