I fell in love with the Cadenshae company about six months ago. Their PR, Ellen, wrote me and asked me if I would try some of their maternity and postpartum activewear. I have four children and I have tried many different types of maternity and nursing clothes and I have rarely found things that I am interested in wearing long-term. If I am being honest, I thought that I was just going to wear their product, make up some nice things about it, and then never wear them again. Oh, my gosh, I was SO wrong! I did write two articles for them like I promised, and I did fill the articles with nice things, but then I have continued to feature them because I love them so much! I never had to lie in the articles and I have meant every word I have written about this fabulous company.

Cadenshae is filled with amazing, hilarious and awesome people (with fantastic New Zealand accents) that are striving to make a world where women feel beautiful. One of the co-owners is a man named Adam Clarke. Him and his wife Nikki wanted to create a brand for women who could feel confident while working out. I simply love Adam. He is a man who has worked really hard to be an equal partner. He isn't afraid to break stereotypes as he takes care of the kids and does household chores as well. Him and Nikki are a team. Adam is such a good sport that he decided to model the Cadenshae activewear and I seriously can't stop laughing! You have to watch it. Is it weird that I have watched it like 10 times because I love it so much?

Adam really is amazing. I wrote a piece about him four months ago. Adam gets told a lot that his wife is amazing for starting a brand, maintaining the business and taking care of their four children. He gets asked a lot about "how does she do it all?" Adam says that his wife is amazing but she doesn't do it all. She shouldn't have to do it all. He explains that all dads should be doing their part in taking care of the home and the children. Their wives are not supposed to be doing everything!

I absolutely love the products at Cadenshae. Their bras are the only bras that I have ever tried that don't give me mastitis and that support my large breasts. I have found that when I wear bras I either have to get a bigger size so that they don't give me lumps, but then they aren't supportive. I have never found a bra that was both comfortable and supportive until I found Cadenshae. Nursing bras are not all that they offer. They also offer hoodies that are to die for! I have two hoodies right now and I plan to get all of the hoodies in every color. The hoodies are nursing friendly and they have zippers so you can easily feed your little one. I will be the mom who wears these hoodies long after I am nursing because they are so cute and comfortable. They also have leggings which are supportive and they make my legs look amazing! They have long-sleeve shirts, t-shirts, and even tank tops. They want women to feel comfortable as they work out.

Cadenshae is on a mission to make women feel beautiful because often we do not. Women have a tough time loving their bodies, especially after giving birth. Women's bodies go through a lot during pregnancy and nursing and it is hard to be positive about the changes. Cadenshae was created because they wanted women to feel good about their changing bodies and to be positive about the way they look. I love that about Cadenshae. I feel so confident, strong, and beautiful in my Cadenshae clothes. I also feel unified with women all the way in New Zealand. Like, when I wear the clothes, I feel like I am connected to a group of women who are trying to make this world a better place! I oddly feel empowered. I have never had clothes that made me feel that way.

In the video with Adam he says "mums go through a lot. We don't go through that much." I laughed at this part because women really do go through a lot compared to men. I understand that men have their own set of battles but they will never understand the changes that our bodies go through and how much we fight to become mothers. Adam then says, "the least you can do is buy them something special, and that is Cadenshae." That is so true! Women sometimes don't want to spend money on themselves because they feel bad. It is hard for mothers to buy themselves something special, so I love how Adam tells all of the dads out there to buy their wives Cadenshae! But, if you are a mother and you are reading this, you deserve it, buy Cadenshae!
