In the day and age where celebrities marry for a short time, have a nasty divorce, and have children who are thrown into the middle of the situation they should not be involved in, it is refreshing to see that not all marriages that end, end badly. It is possible for two parents to be able to co-parent and co-parent successfully. Shocking to some, an ex-couple can even remain friends. This was proven by a recently posted picture by singer Marc Anthony.

Anthony, 51, and ex-wife, Jennifer Lopez, 50, who divorced in 2014, attended their 11-year-old daughter Emme's school concert together. Anthony shared some footage of their family time together on Instagram, and it speaks volumes about the love and respect the two have for one another. Needless to say, a picture speaks a thousand words.

"Nothing but love between us. @jlo," was the caption the singer gave to the picture. The admiration was not one sided. Lopez also posted to her Instagram account that day a photo of the smiling group sitting together having a good time.

This is not the first time that the singing mega superstars have gone to an event with one another for their children, Emme and Max. In May 2019, Anthony and Lopez also attended their children's recital together, along with Lopez's fiancé, Alex Rodriguez.

Rodriguez, who showed what modern-day parenting should be like, by not only being involved and showing up for Lopez's children but also being friendly with Anthony, shared a clip on his Instagram account of Lopez and Anthony from the recital. They were having a wonderful time singing along to the kids' rendition of "I Will Always Love You," by Whitney Houston.  The caption to Rodriguez' video read, "Those who can do. Those who can't, sit between two people that can and stay quiet! #imnotasinger."

It goes without saying, Lopez and Anthony are class acts when it comes to co-parenting. For those looking for role models as to how to relate to an ex when it comes to parenting, look no further because there is not a better ex-couple to look to than these two.
