Solidifying their spot with celebrities who have had babies this year, singer Tyler Hilton and wife, actress Megan Park, welcomed their little bundle of joy to the world, and none of their fans were the wiser.
After posting a cryptic message to his Instagram account earlier this year about "working on something" he could not "wait to share," Hilton, 36, again took to Instagram to announce the birth of the couple's daughter, Winnie Hilton.
The proud papa posted a picture of baby Winnie's feet and said that both he and Park were "obsessed" with the newborn. Hilton continued by saying that "Meg was incredible" throughout the delivery process and that she and Winnie were doing great.
Hilton went on to warn his fans that he was planning on becoming one of those Instagram dads who posts everything about their child. The singer went as far as to warn them to "unfollow" him if that was something his followers were going to get annoyed with.
"So heads up, go ahead and click Unfollow if you're NOT interested in seeing me go full Dad on here for a while... cause that's what's going down haha," Hilton said. He went as far as to say that this was what his followers could expect until his next album and then joked that it might be an album for kids.
For her part, Park, 33, used the same picture that Hilton did to announce the birth of baby Winnie and explained how she was able to keep people in the dark about her pregnancy. Like most mothers-to-be who are on set, the use of bulky clothing and props were used to hide Park's growing baby bump. The petite actress even posted photos on her own Instagram page during her pregnancy, and there was never anything posted that even remotely led anyone to think she was expecting.
With Hilton and Park being able to hide the fact that Park was pregnant for all nine months just goes to show that it truly is possible to keep important things secret, even when in the limelight. It also helps to have a close circle of friends and co-workers who are there to support the fact that some things should remain under wraps until a couple is ready to reveal a secret they are holding close to the vest.
