Porsha Williams From Real Housewives Of Atlanta Shares First Pictures Of Her Baby Girl

Through all of the drama that Bravo's Real Housewives of Atlanta show brings, Porsha Williams, 37, gave birth to a baby girl and has now released her baby's pictures to the world. The Atlanta star and her fiancé, Dennis McKinley, welcomed baby Pilar Jhena on March 22 via C-section. After a long wait for viewers, the new family of three has finally shared photos in an exclusive interview with People leaving fans in awe and wanting more.

Although previously posting pictures about being a mom, Williams refrained from showing her baby's face up until now. Meeting viewers' expectations, baby Pilar is just as cute as they could have imagined. In the photos released by People, baby Pilar is dressed in adorable onesies and bold hair accessories. "My heart is so full!" Porsha captions one of the photos of McKinley and Pilar.

In addition to the heartwarming photos of the newborn and her family, Porsha speaks to People about her experience with birth and motherhood thus far. Explaining that she's "just so happy" to be a mom to Pilar and a family with Dennis, Williams states that the little girl is everything to her. "[Pilar is] everything I ever wanted and I still can't believe she's here," she says in the interview.

Porsha goes on to talk a bit about her birth experience explaining that Pilar came into the world by cesarean section and that it wasn't an easy thing to endure. With many people believing that C-sections are the easy way out of birth, Williams states that that is simply not the case. "I assure you, it is full, serious surgery. It was difficult!" she said. Not only that, but the Atlanta star also says that recovery was no easy feat either. Between healing from the surgery, taking care of a newborn and adjusting to motherhood all simultaneously, it was a hard challenge to overcome.
