There is a new trend on Twitter where parents are posting pictures of their children's messy rooms.

Nicky Campbell unintentionally started a new Twitter trend. He wrote on his Twitter by sharing his child's room and getting upset with how messy their room was. He shares that his daughter is 19 years old and it "pisses him off" that she would live like this in his house. He says that he doesn't even care that she was going to clean it up, it should never get this bad! Campbell shared this on Twitter explaining how upset he was that the room could look like this, but instead of people just laughing, disgruntled parents around the world started sharing pictures of their children's rooms.

Parents starting showing pictures of their children's messy rooms and giving him comfort that he is certainly not alone. One commenter wrote, "you are not alone" while the picture showed her child's room looking like a bomb destroyed the room. Another commenter wrote, "so it never gets better?" Parents started finding comfort in knowing that they aren't the only ones who have a messy room in their house thanks to their children.

Some parents even comically said, "that's nothing, that is just untidy" and then sharing pictures of their children's room that make Campbell's child's room look clean. In one room there was so many wrappers, garbage and food surrounding the room that it grossed out anybody who would look at the picture. Campbell was very surprised by how many people around the world were sharing the pictures of their children. One mom said, "I'll take your 19-year-old and raise you one 22-year-old medical student who has been home for minutes..."

The most interesting comment was from an older mom who says that she no longer has children at home. She said that she didn't like their messes when they lived with her, but now that they are off doing their own thing she misses it. She says that she misses them and their messes. That was certainly a different point of view because one day we won't have those messes. We want our children to clean up after themselves and then one day they are not there. This mom wanted every parent to enjoy their children right now even through the messes because one day they will be gone. Although that was a deep comment, most of the comments were parents competing with each other to see which child was the biggest slob.
