Prince Louis Makes His First Official Royal Appearance For The Queen's Birthday Parade

Prince Louis made his first official royal appearance for the Queen's birthday parade 'Trooping The Colour', and he looked absolutely adorable. The one-year-old joined his siblings on the balcony of Buckingham Palace, where the cute trio could be seen waving to the crowds, much to everyone's excitement. The youngest of Prince William and Kate's children was wearing a white shirt with blue embroideries and matching blue shorts, an outfit that has been worn by both Prince William and Prince Harry before. Prince Harry actually wore the precious clothes at the very same event, only thirty years ago, so perhaps little Archie is next in line to sport the royal hand-me-downs.

Prince Louis' siblings, Prince George and Princess Charlotte wore matching blue and white themed clothes, and the siblings seemed to be having a great time watching the parade. The parade is done annually to celebrate the Queen's official birthday, and the ceremony, performed by regiments of the British and Commonwealth armies, is called Trooping The Colour. The royal family and all bystanders got to enjoy 200 horses, 1,400 parading soldiers, and 400 musicians, and from the Buckingham Palace balcony, the Royals have a perfect view over the Royal Airforce flypast.

As reported by ET Online, present on the balcony for the royal event was also Princess Anne's grandchildren, Prince Louis, Prince George and Princess Charlotte's cousins, Savannah and Isla. Apart from Prince William and his family, Prince Charles and Camilla could also be seen on the balcony, as could Prince Harry and Meghan.

Trooping The Colour was Meghan's first official appearance since giving birth to Archie a month ago, and while the new mother looked absolutely radiant, they did not bring baby Archie to the event. Prince Harry has been attending his royal engagements this past month, but Meghan is on maternity leave and is enjoying spending time with her son in the family's new home in Frogmore Cottage.

Perhaps next year's Trooping The Colour will mark Archie's first official royal appearance, and if he follows in his cousin Prince Louis footsteps, he might even be wearing the little blue and white outfit for the occasion.
