After a heated and traumatizing custody battle between Ronnie Ortiz-Margo and his ex Jen Harly, Oritz-Margo showed a video of him spending time with his daughter.
Ronnie Ortiz shared a video of him playing in the pool with his daughter. She was jumping into his arms as he had a big smile on his face. The little girl laughed and then Ronnie laughed as well. He captioned the video, "Nothing feels better than making memories with you." He then added a little heart emoji and he hashtagged his post, "#MDW2020 #WorldIsComplete #SameFace #SameLaugh" Ronnie has said multiple times that his daughter and he are twins and they have the same face. It is so cute how much he loves his daughter.
On May 5, Ronnie shared on his Instagram a sweet little picture of his daughter, "I Got tired of seeing my face in #Selfies in my page." He had missed his daughter so much and didn't want to have to share selfies anymore. He is thrilled to be able to start showing pictures of his daughter on his Instagram feed.
Ronnie Ortiz-Margo was arrested in October 2019 and charged with seven misdemeanors, including domestic violence, child endangerment, brandishing a weapon, criminal threats, false imprisonment, and two counts of resisting arrest. Then his ex-girlfriend, Harly issued an emergency protective order against Ortiz-Magro at the time of his arrest. The reality star pleaded "no contest to one count of domestic battery and one count of resisting arrest and was placed on probation for 36 months. Ortiz-Magro must serve 30 days of community labor in his state of residence, Nevada, and is required to pay $20,000 to the Jewish Family Services of L.A., a women’s shelter in Los Angeles. Additionally, he must complete a 52-week domestic violence program."
Due to his probation and the protective order against him he was unable to have visitation with his daughter and he started fighting for custody. A source told Us Weekly at the time that he would do anything to see his daughter. “Ron would love nothing more than to see his daughter,” the insider said at the time. “That’s his top priority, and he misses her every single minute he isn’t with her. He can’t wait until he is legally able to be with her again.”
We are so happy that the father and daughter duo are back together and they can hopefully put the past behind them. The little girl needs her father and Ron is so excited to be able to make memories with her dad!
