Scott Disick has built a playhouse for his three children that cost more than $130,000.

The reality star said on Sunday night's episode of Flip It Like Disick, that this one-of-a-kind playhouse has recessed lighting, expensive ipe wood floors, central air-conditioning, and much more. Disick shares sons Mason, nine, and Reign, four, and seven-year-old daughter Penelope with ex Kourtney Kardashian. And on Sunday’s episode of his show where he remodels high end properties, he first revealed his latest ambitious project.

Scott later instructed builders to erect the mini-mansion in Kourtney’s back yard, and declared that he was going to build the most extravagant kids’ playhouse ever. And when he saw the finished project, he was blown away, saying that it's like their own little miniature mansion behind their house. For Scott, who split from Kourtney in 2015, the house was a way to ensure his kids would always have a piece of him around.

Disick explained that his inspiration to create the playhouse came from a building in Mexico, which used a variety of woods to create a single structure. Scott added the playhouse was “unreal”, while Mason, who requested a table, mini-fridge and intercom for sushi, said: “It’s lit!”

Scott and Kourtney’s relationship seems to have improved, with the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star applauding the father-of-three for his work. She later joked: “Too bad it wasn’t ready when you lived here. That could have been your room.”

The fact that she let him build it in her backyard spoke volumes about how their relationship had changed. Scott told his realtor, Kozet Luciano that they are getting along better than they ever did, and that it took a while for their relationship to get there. He added that he was grateful he had moved to Hidden Hills, California, from Beverly Hills, where he lived and used to get drunk and rowdy after his separation. Disick remembers it as not a good time in his life.

Flip It Like Disick airs Sundays at 9 p.m. ET on E!, immediately followed by Revenge Body with Khloé Kardashian.
