American tennis pro Serena Williams’s 2-year-old daughter, Olympia, was seen dressed up as a bubbly flower at a wedding. She looked adorable in her pink dress with a tulle bottom and a sequined one-shoulder top, which was fastened together with a pink satin bow.
Serena, 38, the doting mother posted a series of photographs on Instagram. She captioned the post, “She took her flower girl job very seriously!!!” In one pic, Olympia was seen holding a bouquet, and in the next one, she steps out of a gazebo carrying a basket of flower petals. Serena tagged the newly married couple and congratulated them, adding, "Congrats. So happy for you both.”
The photo received loads of praises, and everyone was simply in love with the little girl’s infectious smile. On Thursday, October 17, Williams shared selfie-style footage on her Instagram story of little Olympia dancing around the house in a long-sleeved pink tutu-style outfit, complete with a pattern of hearts, stars, and a gold crown on the front while calling, “Mama, Mama, Mama.” Eventually, the 2-year-old gave up and exited the frame with a hilarious, inquisitive look at her camera.
The tennis legend gave birth to her first child with Alexis Ohanian, and named her Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr. after her father. She lovingly addresses her as Olympia and has told Vogue, "We're not spending a day apart until she's eighteen." The former world no. 1 tennis player has shown interest in moving to San Francisco, where her husband stays, and being a full-time mom. However, Serena stated, "But not yet. I absolutely want more Grand Slams."
Serena and Alexis come from two different worlds, but they share one of the most romantic love stories. The couple tied the knot on November 16, 2017, and together they define the term Power Couple.
