Mom-of-three Kailyn Lowry has been open about her desire to have more kids- and it may be happening sooner than fans had expected!
Kailyn Lowry has gained fame for starring on Teen Mom 2, which originally followed her experience as a single, teenage mom to her son, 9-year old Isaac, whom she shares with her ex-boyfriend Jo Rivera. Over the course of the show, Kailyn has gone on to welcome two more boys- 5-year old Lincoln and 1-year old Lux- during different relationships.
Although Kail has said she wants to be in a committed relationship before having any more kids, since TM2 fans know she has a lot of baby daddy drama, she’s also adamant about wanting a little girl. Based on a recent Tweet, it seems she may be taking the steps to expand her family once again.
On July 25th, the reality star was asked by a fan if she felt ready to have another kid at the moment. “Isn’t it about time you knocked another kid out?” the tweet read. To that, Kailyn replied, “Yeah, I’m having twins.”
While some fans were perplexed by her comment and even took it seriously, others were quick to point out the celebrity was likely being sarcastic, especially considering she gets these sorts of questions via social media very regularly. “You should aspire to do bigger things and went with octuplets or something,” one follower hilariously replied, continuing on with the joke.
Even though Kailyn may not want to get pregnant any time soon, given how much she’s spoken about wanting a daughter, it seems likely that she’ll welcome baby no. 4 one day.
For example, earlier this month, Kailyn took a trip to Hawaii with sons, her co-star Leah Messer, and Leah’s three daughters. "Addie has 100000% solidified the fact that I want a daughter," Kailyn tweeted on July 2nd about Leah’s youngest girl.
In a YouTube video uploaded around the same time in which Kail responded to assumptions about herself, she reiterated the same thing. "I actually just said this! I really do," she told the camera. "I don't know what it is! Everyone says you should be happy with what you got… I am obviously." Kailyn continued, "If I couldn't have kids, I'm happy with my three boys but I do, I really wish I could have a girl at some point in life.
So, while a pregnancy announcement may not be in Kailyn’s immediate future, if her comments are any indication, she definitely has babies on the brain.
