This photo can now be seen everywhere. The photo is emotional and finally, here is the story behind it. It's a bittersweet story but a beautiful one.

In the photo you see Andrew Hanson hugging Dr. Bryan Hodge, who had just delivered his son, Karson. What you don't see is that just last year, Dr. Hodge had delivered Hanson's first child, a baby boy named Klayton, who unfortunately experienced difficulties and died six days after he was born. This was the first time that Dr. Hodge had experienced a loss in his work as well and stayed in contact with the family. After the healthy birth of their child Karson, the two were so emotional that they immediately embraced with Dr. Hodge still holding the freshly cut umbilical cord in his hand.  "Andrew looked up at me and he had tears streaming down his eyes … and he walked around and gave me a big hug. It was a good closure," said Hodge.

The couple became pregnant soon after the loss of their first son by complete surprise and the parents believe that little Klayton had a part to play in his brother coming into the world. Although they wish Klayton was around, they know he is smiling upon them.
