Proving that kids are much smarter than we give them credit for, one ingenious toddler has found the perfect way to get into a swing. The little guy is making the rounds in a video on social media entitled, “This kid is at least 100 years ahead of us.” In the clip, he flips his rocker over his back and settles in for what we can only assume is a well-deserved nap.

The video has left more than adult in awe of the boy’s skill. Comments have included, “This little guy is going places,” “Think outside the cradle,” and “Instantly searches Wayfair for an adult sized version.”

Speaking of an adult version, a few years ago, Fisher-Price displayed an adult sized bouncer at The Baby Show in London. The adult version, which was nearly three meters long and two meters high, included hanging stuffed toys and a vibrating function to lull adults into a peaceful slumber. The model, however, was only a novelty and was not for sale.

As for kids’ bouncers or rockers, parents should be careful before letting their toddlers flip their swing over for a nap. Fisher-Price recently recalled an inclined sleeper named the Rock 'n Play that held babies in a padded frame at a 30-degree angle. 4.7 million Rock 'n Play Sleepers were sold over the course of a decade, but the company never actually conducted safety tests.

Earlier this year, the Rock 'n Play was recalled by Fisher-Price globally after a series of infant deaths. The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), which helped manage the recall, said more than 30 babies had died when they turned over in the rocker while unrestrained or "under other circumstances." In addition, another 700,000 inclined sleepers manufactured by Kids II were recalled after five other children died.
