Having a baby is one of the most glorious things a woman can do, but it's also one of the most strenuous. Our bodies go through drastic changes, from stretch marks and swollen ankles to diabetes and separated stomach muscles. There's no doubting pregnancy is a gift - but watching what it does to us can be a mixed bag, right ladies? Tia Mowry-Hardrict has spoken out about her post-baby bod, spreading a message of positivity to women everywhere.

The star took to Instagram to share a picture of herself just two weeks after giving birth to her second child on May 5th. "This is MY #postpartum," she wrote. "Do I still have a belly, yes. I actually look like I'm four months pregnant and that's OKAY". Mowry goes on to explain that she felt a sense of responsibility to shine a light on how women can feel under pressure to bounce back after giving birth. Urging women to take their time, she finishes by telling her followers to love themselves. Can we get an amen?

The Sister-Sister star announced the birth of her daughter earlier this month by sharing a sweet picture of her cradling her newborn in the hospital, telling the world how blessed and grateful both her and her husband felt at the new addition to the family. The couple has been married for 10 years and also share their eldest son, 6-year-old Cree. The actress kept her fans up-to-date with her pregnancy via her Instagram page, sharing pictures of her blossoming bump along with candid snaps of the baby shower.

While they have yet to announce a name for their youngest, Tia told People earlier in the year that they were still undecided, wanting to pick a unique moniker for their daughter like they did with Cree. They favor unisex names with strength and power behind them. The couple did leak the initials though, C.T.H, telling the media that the name announcement will be made on Tia's YouTube channel, Tia Mowry's Quick Fix.

Whatever it is, we're sure the name will be as beautiful as the new bundle of joy. Keep spreading the message of self-love, Tia. We are here for it.
