Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott celebrate their son’s first birthday together!

Spelling publicly celebrated her and McDermott’s son, Beau’s, first birthday. “BeauBeau1 Happy 1^st Birthday! Did he say Beau or Birthday? Haha… Daddy and I love you SO much!!” Spelling captioned her photo on Instagram earlier this week.

The post celebrating her son’s big day was the first post Spelling has made on any of her social media platforms since Jan. 23, 2018. The star has reportedly been recovering from a mental breakdown that has had her absent as far as her online presence goes. The 44-year-old also shared a home video of her one-year-old son, Beau, listening to the sweet birthday message from his mom and dad McDermott.

Tori’s hubby also posted to his Instagram wishing his son a happy birthday. “Time flys!!! This little dude is 1 today. Happy Birthday Beau Dean McDermott. We love you!” dad Dean shared this past Friday. The couple are also parents to daughters Stella and Hattie, along with sons Liam and Finn. Talk about a full house!

Although it was all celebration, Beau’s birthday comes at a difficult time for Spelling. A source told PEOPLE that the former Beverly Hills 90210 actress is in a “tough place” after LAPD officers confirmed they received a “call for service” on Thursday morning to Spelling’s Woodland Hills home where officers were called in order to respond to a “disturbance” call.

Although we are unaware of the exact details, Officer Drake Madison told People Magazine that the situation ended up being a “domestic incident” where no crime was committed. TMZ reported that Spelling phoned the police, as she believed someone was breaking into her house when in reality it was just her husband coming home.

The couple are no strangers to rocky roads, according to PEOPLE, “Tori and Dean have their ups and downs but they love each other and family is most important to both of them,” and they are certainly putting their son first this time around! Tori and Dean are sharing nothing but love for son Beau on his first birthday, and we’re glad to see the couple standing strong.
